We are Ben and Nicola, a dynamic millennial couple who share a passion for real estate. Having navigated the traditional path to homeownership in 2019 (saving diligently for a down payment and securing a mortgage through our bank) we learned a lot along the way. Little did we know buying a home would be the catalyst for a transformative journey.
In 2021, inspired by a family member's need for a secure dwelling, we ventured into Real Estate Entrepreneurship. Our first multi-family property in Calgary opened our eyes to the challenges of the rental market and the pressing need for affordable stable housing. This pivotal moment fuelled our commitment to finding creative solutions for others facing the same housing dilemma.
We went on a journey to learn as much as we could -starting off with books and online research, then leading to working extensively with a mentor, attending education events and webinars. To finally building a network of trusted Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents, Lawyers, and other professionals in the field. Ben is even currently working on his Ontario Mortgage licence!

BEN LANGLEY
Founder & Owner
Ben is a C17 Loadmaster in the Canadian Airforce. He brings extensive math and problem-solving skills to the table – even in high-pressure situations. Ben is a talented teacher and avid learner, and recently completed his Ontario Mortgage Agent Course. Ask Ben about card magic or chess and you will be mesmerized for hours.
NICOLA LANGLEY
Founder & Owner
Nicola has a dual Master's Degrees in International Humanitarian Aid & Peace and Conflict Studies. She owns a thriving Landscaping business (Legendary Lawns), and provides organizational finesse and heartfelt dedication in everything she puts her mind to. Don't get in her way of a heavy squat!
